    Launch hub is open

    The standalone launch page is live with the GULP show, launch information, sharing and a scrolling progress timeline.

    Launch GULP on PONS

    The GUTEST rehearsal token is live on PONS. Its verified market snapshot now supplies price and recent-trade context to test show scripts. This is not the real GULP token.

    What’s left: Launch and verify real GULP, switch the token and market configuration, then check its live trading and graduation data.

    Build the creator experience

    The Studio update is deployed on the main platform with paid publishing disabled. Build and public-page checks passed; upload, billing, queue publication and recovery protections also passed local tests.

    What’s left: Complete the signed-in creator-wallet upload → billing → playback test before enabling paid Studio publishing.

    Wallet sign-in & pairing poll

    Signed wallet voting is live. Choose WETH, NFLX, AMC, DJT or Other and share the poll on X. Vote saving and updated counts have been verified.

    Ready: One pairing vote per signed-in wallet. No token purchase required.

    First episode is live

    Gulp Gone Wild: The Wrong Remote is rendered and published with sound and audience-choice cards. Browser playback has been verified.

    Ready: Watch Episode 001 now. Episode voting opens with the community launch.

    Community rehearsal passed

    The private chat → idea → vote → show-queue rehearsal passed, including duplicate-vote protection and the show context feed.

    Ready: The rehearsal used simulated moderation. Separate live Kimi moderation checks have now passed.

  7. In progress

    Open launch participation

    Chat, suggestions, signed voting and moderation are built. Actual approved chat and a settled test poll supplied the live render rehearsal. Operator controls support temporary participation testing.

    What’s left: Verify real GULP and deliberately open launch participation. Tips and receipt recovery are implemented; confirm the live payment receipt before calling the payment test complete.

  8. In progress

    Keep the show producing

    Paid video submission and saved job receipts worked in live tests. Character-reference and previous-frame approval now gate each new shot. A corrected-frame render improved identity consistency, but framing still drifted.

    What’s left: Finish the full-episode continuity test, verify publication and browser playback, and activate an always-on production runner plus token and fee feeds. Rendering is paused. Automatic drift detection and repair are not built; human review remains required.

  9. Still to come

    Graduate & move to the platform

    The intended next stage is to move from the launch hub into the full creator and viewer platform after graduation.

    What’s left: Verify graduation, platform readiness and the actual community-data handoff before switching public access.

Will GULP change when it joins the platform?

The plan keeps the same PONS-launched token and the same channel. No replacement token or forced swap is planned.

What funds the show?

Production starts with an approved team budget. Optional official-channel tips go entirely to production, supplemented by verified creator fees. Funding does not guarantee a scene or delivery time.
